How We Work on Your Property

A free look before any lifting
We come out, look at the pile and give you a price on the spot. The on-site estimate is free and there is no obligation. If you would rather wait until next season, that is fine with us.

Upfront pricing, no hidden fees
The price comes down to how much room your items take in the truck, how hard they are to reach and whether anything needs special handling, like an old refrigerator. We walk you through those on the spot. The number we give you is the number you pay.

Sorted, not just dumped
Usable furniture and working appliances get set aside for donation when we can. Metal goes to scrap. The rest goes to proper disposal.

Floors protected, space swept
We cover floors and door frames when heavy pieces come out of the house. After the last load is on the truck, we sweep the garage floor or rake up loose debris in the yard.
