Commercial Junk Removal in Lilburn

Old desks, broken shelving, store fixtures and pallets of stuff nobody uses. We haul it out of your office, shop or warehouse and leave the space ready to work in. We come out first, look at the load and give you a clear price before anything moves.

Clearing Out Business Space Without Slowing Your Day

Commercial junk removal is for businesses that have run out of room. It might be a closing office, a store resetting its floor, a lease turnover or a back room that filled up over a few years. You show us what goes. Our crew loads it, hauls it and sweeps up after.

A lot of our commercial calls follow the calendar. Shops clear back rooms before the holiday rush. Offices clean house at fiscal year-end. Property managers need a suite emptied before the next tenant signs. We plan the pickup around those dates so the space is open when you need it.

We work with businesses in Lilburn and nearby towns like Norcross, Duluth and Peachtree Corners. Same-day and next-day service available when the schedule allows.

What We Haul From Commercial Spaces

Office furniture

Desks, cubicle panels, filing cabinets, conference tables and worn-out chairs. We take apart what won't fit through a door and carry it out in pieces.

Retail fixtures and displays

Gondola shelving, slat wall, old counters, mannequins and signage. Metal fixtures go to scrap recycling when we can.

Electronics and equipment

Old monitors, printers, copiers, phones and small kitchen appliances from the break room. We keep them separate from general trash.

Warehouse and stockroom clutter

Broken pallets, racking, packing material, dead inventory and the boxes stacked in the corner since the last move.

Break rooms and storage closets

Refrigerators, microwaves, old cabinets and whatever got shoved in the closet. Usable furniture in good shape gets set aside for donation instead of the landfill.

Signs It's Time to Clear the Space

  • Rooms used only for storage

If an office or back room holds broken chairs instead of people or product, you are paying rent on junk.

  • A lease is ending

Most leases require the space to be left empty. Old fixtures and furniture left behind can cost you at move-out.

  • Blocked exits and aisles

Stacked boxes in hallways and in front of doors are a safety problem and a bad look for customers and inspectors.

  • A busy season is coming

Before the holiday rush or a spring reset, you need the stockroom clear for new inventory. Waiting until the trucks arrive is too late.

  • Staff keep tripping over the same pile

When the old copier has sat by the back door for three months, nobody is going to move it but us.

How a Commercial Job Runs

  1. 1

    Call and book a walk-through

Let us know what needs to go and the date the space must be empty. We pick a time to see it in person.

  2. 2

    A free estimate on site

We go through the space together, you show us each item, and we give you an upfront price with no hidden fees. It's your call, with no obligation.

  3. 3

A pickup time that suits you

We can show up early, after you close or on a quiet day so staff and customers don't work around us. Floors and door frames get protected on the way out.

  4. 4

    Loaded, hauled and swept

Our crew fills the truck, separates metal and electronics for recycling and sets donation items aside. We leave the space empty with the floor swept.

What Moves the Price

Price comes down to how much truck space your load takes and how hard it is to get out. We give you the number on site, before we start. The price you agree to is the price you pay.

Volume
How much of the truck the load fills is the biggest factor. A few desks costs less than a full warehouse bay.
Access
Ground-floor loading by a back door is quick. Upstairs suites, long hallways and no elevator take more time and more hands.
Disassembly
Cubicles, racking and built-in counters have to come apart before they can go. That adds labor.
Special items
Electronics, refrigerators and heavy equipment need separate handling and disposal, which can add to the cost.
Timing
After-hours or weekend pickups to keep your doors open may change the schedule and the price. We'll tell you up front.

Commercial Junk Removal Questions

Something not covered here? (404) 574-2871

Can you come after we close?

Often, yes. Tell us your hours when you call and we'll work out a time that keeps us out of your customers' way. Early mornings and evenings are common for retail jobs.

Do you handle a full office cleanout when a business closes or moves?

Yes. We clear desks, cabinets, chairs, electronics and break room items until the suite is empty. Bigger jobs may take more than one truck or more than one day, and we'll tell you that at the estimate.

What happens to old computers and monitors?

We keep electronics apart from regular trash and take them for recycling. Wipe or pull any hard drives with company data before we come. We haul the hardware, not the files.

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. We look at everything on site and give you an upfront price with no hidden fees. If you add items on the day, we'll tell you the new price before loading them.

Do you take leftover materials from a remodel of our space?

Yes. Drywall, flooring scraps, old trim and similar leftovers fall under our construction debris service, and we can haul them on the same trip as furniture and fixtures.
