Lilburn Furniture Removal
A tired couch, a stained mattress, a dresser that has outlived its use. We show up at your home, bring it out from any room and drive it off. No renting a truck, no lifting on your end. Show us the pieces and we handle the rest.
Heavy Pieces Out, Space Back
Furniture is the hardest junk to move yourself. It's heavy and awkward, and it rarely fits through a door the way it came in. Our crew handles the lifting, the stairs and the tight turns, then loads everything onto our truck.
Most people call us when the season changes. Spring is when the old patio set and the spare-room bed finally go. Fall is when you clear space before family visits for the holidays. We fit the work around that, so the room is ready when you need it.
If you have more than furniture to clear, we can take the rest in the same trip. That might be boxes, a broken grill or a full room. Our junk removal and garage cleanouts pages cover those jobs.

What Furniture Removal Covers
- 01
Couches and sectionals
Sleeper sofas, recliners and big sectionals. We take off legs or split sections when that gets them out cleaner.
- 02
Mattresses and bed frames
Box springs, headboards and metal or wood frames. We break down frames on the spot so they clear hallways.
- 03
Dressers, desks and cabinets
Solid wood pieces are heavy. We empty drawers if you ask, strap doors shut and carry them out with proper dollies.
- 04
Tables and chairs
Dining sets, coffee tables and office chairs, including glass tops. We wrap the glass before it moves.
- 05
Outdoor furniture
Rusted patio sets, rotted wood benches and old porch swings from your deck or yard.
- 06
Sweep-up after
Once a piece is gone there's usually dust and lost change underneath. We sweep the spot before we leave.
Questions about Furniture Removal?
Call(404) 574-2871Signs It's Time to Let a Piece Go
Sagging cushions or broken springs
Once the frame or springs fail, a couch is hard to fix for a fair price. It's usually time for it to go.
Mildew smell
Furniture stored in a damp garage or basement through a humid summer can pick up mildew. That smell rarely comes out of fabric.
New furniture is on the way
If a delivery is coming, the old piece needs to be gone first. Set the removal for a day or two before.
A room you can't use
A spare room packed with old furniture is wasted space. Clear it before guests, a new baby or a home office.
Too heavy to move safely
Hauling a sleeper sofa down stairs is how backs and walls get hurt. That's a good reason to hand it to a crew.
What to Expect, Step by Step
- 1
Give us a call
Let us know which pieces are going and what room they are in. We book a time to stop by and see them.
- 2
A free look in person
We check the furniture ourselves and name a clear price before anything gets lifted. You are under no pressure to book.
- 3
Guarding the way out
We plan the route to the truck, pad corners that need it and break down any piece that won't fit whole.
- 4
Out, onto the truck, swept
Our crew brings every piece outside, fills the truck and sweeps the floor where each item used to be.
- 5
Reuse first
Furniture that still has life in it, we aim to send to donation. Everything else goes to proper disposal, never the side of a road.
What Sets the Price
The price comes down to how much room your furniture takes on our truck and how hard it is to get out. We give you the number in person, before work starts. Our pricing is upfront, with no hidden fees.
- Size and amount
- One loveseat takes less truck space than a full bedroom set. More volume means a higher price.
- Stairs and tight spots
- A third-floor bedroom or a narrow basement stairway takes more time and more hands.
- Taking pieces apart
- Some items have to be broken down to fit through a door. That adds time on site.
- Mattress disposal
- Mattresses can cost more to dispose of than wood furniture. We include that in the price we quote.
Questions About Furniture Pickup
Should I move the furniture outside before you arrive?
No. We get it from wherever it sits, upstairs, down in the basement or out on the deck. Just keep a path open and let our crew do the carrying.
Do you haul away mattresses?
We do. Mattresses, box springs and bed frames of every size go, even torn or stained ones. Disposal is on us.
What happens to pieces that are still in good condition?
Furniture with life left in it goes aside so we can try to donate it. What can't be reused heads to proper disposal. Tell us about anything special and we'll keep it apart.
How soon can you get here?
Same-day and next-day service available, based on how booked the week is. Spring and the run-up to the holidays fill first, so calling early helps.
Will you take other things besides furniture?
Sure. Boxes, yard clutter or an old washer can ride in the same truck. See our appliance removal page for fridges, washers and similar units.
Let's Get That Room Cleared
