Appliance Removal in Lilburn

Got a dead fridge in the garage or an old washer you replaced months ago? We carry it out of your home, load it and haul it to a metal recycler. You get the space back and one less heavy thing to fight down the stairs.

Old Appliances Out, Space Back

Appliances are heavy, awkward and hard to get rid of. Most trash pickup will not take them, and a refrigerator can't just go to the curb because of the refrigerant inside. We take care of the lifting and the drop-off so you don't have to.

Timing matters more than people think. A spare freezer in a hot Georgia garage runs hard all summer and adds to your power bill. Clearing out old units before the season turns is the easy fix. We also pair this with furniture removal or a garage cleanout if you're clearing more than one thing.

What We Haul and How

Kitchen appliances
Refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ranges, dishwashers and microwaves. Side-by-side and French-door fridges included.
Laundry and utility units
Washers, dryers, water heaters, dehumidifiers and window AC units. We tip washers to drain leftover water in the hose before they come through your home.
Refrigerant handled right
Fridges, freezers and AC units go to recyclers set up to recover the refrigerant. They don't get dumped with ordinary junk.
Careful carry-out
We use dollies and straps, pad door frames and lay down floor protection on the way out. Tight stairs and narrow halls are part of the job.
Recycling the metal
Steel, copper and aluminum get recycled whenever we can. Very little from an appliance needs to end up in a landfill.

Signs It's Time to Let It Go

  • It's been unplugged for months

A broken unit you planned to fix is now just taking up a parking spot or a corner of the basement.

  • You just bought a replacement

The store didn't take the old one, or charged extra to. We can haul it out after delivery.

  • The water heater is rusting

Rust at the base or a slow leak means it's done. Once it's been swapped, we take the old tank away.

  • A garage freezer runs nonstop

Old freezers fight the heat in summer. If it hums all day and frosts up, it's costing you more than it saves.

  • The AC window unit is retired

Once fall cools things off, that old unit in the closet is easy to clear out before next year.

How the Job Goes

  1. 1

    Call for your estimate

Tell us what's going and where it sits in your home. We set a time to come look and give you a price.

  2. 2

    Get it ready

Empty the fridge, shut off and disconnect water and gas lines, and unplug the unit. If a water heater is still hooked up, have your plumber disconnect it first.

  3. 3

    We carry it out

Our crew pads the path, moves the unit out and loads it on the truck. We sweep up the spot where it stood.

  4. 4

    Recycle and drop off

We take it to the right recycler. You don't have to make any calls or trips.

What Goes Into Your Price

Your price is based on what we take and how tough it is to move out. We set it at a free, no-obligation on-site estimate, before any lifting, with upfront pricing and no hidden fees.

How many units, and how big
A single washer costs less than a whole kitchen's worth. A large side-by-side fridge fills more of the truck than a dishwasher does.
Its location in your home
A unit in a ground-level garage comes out fast. Basement steps, tight corners and upper floors need extra time and extra people.
Units with refrigerant
The recycler has to handle fridges, freezers and AC units in a special way, and that can change the price.
Adding to a bigger pickup
When we're already hauling furniture or general junk from your place, putting an appliance on the same load is usually easier.

Common Appliance Pickup Questions

Something not covered here? (404) 574-2871

Will you unhook the appliance?

Please have gas and water lines turned off and disconnected before we get there. It keeps everyone safe and prevents leaks inside. Electric units only need to be unplugged. If a gas line has you unsure, reach out to a plumber or the gas company first.

Can my fridge still have food inside?

Please clear it out beforehand, since spoiled food leaks and smells up the truck. After it's empty, you can tape the doors or leave them be, and we'll fasten them before carrying it out.

Do you haul appliances that still run?

Yes. A working unit in decent condition goes to a place that can put it back to use when we can manage it. Otherwise it heads to a recycler.

When can you pick it up?

Same-day and next-day service available, based on our schedule. Call and we'll tell you which times are open.

Do you work beyond Lilburn?

Yes. Snellville, Tucker, Lawrenceville, Norcross and other towns close by are on our list too. See the service areas page or ask us on the call.
