Garage Cleanouts in Lilburn
We clear out the boxes, broken tools, old bikes and dead freezers that pile up in a garage. You point, we carry, load and haul it off. Then we sweep so you can park inside again before the weather turns.
When a Garage Cleanout Makes Sense
Most garages fill up one box at a time. A move leaves a stack behind. A kid heads off to school and the furniture ends up by the water heater. A few years later the car sits in the driveway and you step sideways to reach the freezer.
A garage cleanout is the right call when the job is too big for a few trips to the curb. We bring the crew and the truck, do the lifting and take it all in one visit. You decide what stays. We handle what goes.
Timing helps. Clear it out in spring and you have room for the mower and patio gear before summer. Clear it out in fall and the car is inside when the first cold mornings and frost show up around Lilburn.
What Our Garage Cleanouts Include
- Sorting with you on site
- We walk the garage with you first. You tell us what stays, what goes and what you are still deciding on. We set keep items aside and work around them.
- All the heavy lifting
- Old dressers, treadmills, workbenches, chest freezers and rolled-up carpet all go. Our crew carries everything out so you are not dragging it down the driveway.
- Appliances and furniture
- The spare fridge that quit years ago and the couch that never made it back inside are part of the job. If that is all you need hauled, our appliance removal and furniture removal services cover it.
- Shelving and overhead racks
- Rusted metal shelving and sagging overhead storage can come down and go out with the rest. Tell us on the estimate so we bring the right tools.
- Sweep-out when we finish
- Once the floor is clear we sweep up the dust, leaves and loose screws. You get a clean slab you can actually use.
Signs Your Garage Needs a Cleanout
The car lives in the driveway
If the garage was built for a car and it has not held one in a year, the space is working as a storage unit. Getting the car back in protects it from sun, pollen and hail.
You climb over things to reach the door
A blocked path to the house door, the breaker panel or the water heater is a safety problem. Those need clear access.
Boxes are soft or stained at the bottom
Cardboard on a concrete floor soaks up moisture. Once it goes soft, what is inside usually goes with it, and the damp draws bugs.
You see droppings or chewed bags
Piles of stored stuff give mice and roaches places to hide. Clearing the clutter is the first step to getting rid of them.
You keep buying things you already own
When you cannot find the drill or the extension cord, you buy another one. That is a sign the pile has taken over.
How the Day Goes
- 1
Free on-site estimate
You call and we set a time to come look. We see the garage in person, talk through what goes and give you a clear price before any work starts.
- 2
Crew arrives and sets up
We back the truck up to the garage, lay out a path and start with what is closest to the door. Keep items stay where you want them.
- 3
Load and haul
We carry everything out and load it ourselves. Usable items go to donation where we can, metal goes to recycling where it makes sense, and the rest goes to disposal.
- 4
Sweep and walk-through
We sweep the floor and walk the space with you. If something got missed, we take care of it before we leave.

What Moves the Price
Pricing is upfront with no hidden fees. You get the number on the free, no-obligation on-site estimate, before we lift anything. A few things decide where that number lands.
- How much is in there
- Volume is the biggest factor. A half-full single-car garage costs less than a double garage packed to the rafters.
- Heavy or awkward items
- Chest freezers, pool tables, gym equipment and old pianos take more hands and more time. Some appliances also need extra handling at disposal.
- Items that need special handling
- Open paint cans, motor oil, pool chemicals and propane tanks cannot go out with regular loads. We tell you on the estimate what we can take and what needs another route.
- Take-down work
- Pulling down wall shelving, overhead racks or an old built-in workbench adds labor. It is simple to price once we see it.
What People Ask About Garage Cleanouts
Something not covered here? (404) 574-2871
Should I sort the garage before you show up?
No. Just have a rough idea of what stays. We can go through it together that day, one box at a time if you like. Putting tape on the keepers ahead of time makes the day go faster.
Where do the hauled items go?
We don't send it all to one place. Household goods and furniture in good condition go to donation when accepted. Metal is recycled where possible. Everything else goes to proper disposal.
Will you haul paint and chemicals?
Open paint, motor oil and pool chemicals need special handling. At the estimate we'll spell out what we can and can't take. Sealed, dried paint is often treated differently from liquid paint, so ask us during the visit.
Must I stay home for the whole cleanout?
Being there at the beginning helps us know what stays. After that, lots of customers go inside or run errands while we work. Before we leave, we walk the garage with you.
Which season is best for clearing a garage?
Most people find spring and fall easiest. Spring frees up room for summer gear before heat makes the garage hard to work in. Fall gets the car back inside ahead of cold mornings and storms.
Can you clear the basement on the same trip?
Yes. When the clutter spreads through the house, we can do a basement cleanout during the same visit. Bring it up on the call so we plan enough crew and truck room for both.
